Cascadia Birth Services was founded in 2010 by Lena Wood, who envisioned a doula practice that would offer holistic care to women throughout the full spectrum of pregnancy. Her passion for providing support for women in transition in their lives drives Cascadia Birth’s commitment to make doula services accessible to as many women as possible, regardless of the circumstances or outcomes of pregnancy.
Every woman comes to us with her own story. While we have confidence in our training and experience, ultimately, we trust you to know what you need. We are deeply honored to walk with each our clients during this intimate process, holding space for you to feel supported and empowered.
